Biography
Before joining The Times in 2022, she worked for The Los Angeles Times for 14 years, where she was most recently a foreign correspondent covering North and South Korea. She also covered Southern California for the paper as a metro reporter, features writer and investigative reporter. She was raised in Seoul and graduated from Harvard University with a degree in history.
