Abderrahim Outass is currently a deputy vice mayor of Casablanca in Morocco. He was a deputy mayor for a long time in lots of departments, such as, deputy mayor of Casablanca in charge of Urbanism and in charge of International Relations, New Technologies, and Urbanism. He was also a mayor of "Roches Noires" Communal District in Casablanca and an Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, He is a mayor of Sidi Moumen District in Casablanca at the same time, a deputy mayor in charge of Mobility, Digitalization, Cooperation, and International Relations at Casablanca City Hall from 2021 to 2027.
