Yolyn is Vice President in Google’s Global Partnerships team, covering Asia-Pacific product partnerships. In this capacity, she leads a diverse team across the region responsible for business development and partnerships to enable many of Google’s key consumer products like Search, Google Maps, Google Assistant, Shopping and Travel. In addition, she also manages partnerships to support its Ads, Research and Applied AI solutions. Overseeing multiple product areas, Yolyn knows first-hand the opportunities that technology can provide to solve real-world problems and she is passionate about sharing these views with a wider audience. She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within Google and the tech industry at large.

Yolyn began working at Google in 2011 supporting Strategy and Operations in South-East Asia before moving on to the Partnerships team where she has spent more than a decade. She has had an unorthodox path into tech, starting her pre-Google career in the shipping industry with PSA International, one of the world’s largest port operators. At PSA, she was responsible for negotiating commercials with shipping lines, strategic planning and corporate finance. She graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Economics and Political Science.
